Chocolate Chip Cookies

These got the stamp of approval from the Hubby! Easy and super yummy!


Ingredients:

1 C. Almond Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

3 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sugar

2 large Tbsp Coconut oil (not melted)

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Egg replacement (Bob Mills or flax egg - 1TBSP + 2 TBSP water) or egg

1 TBSP Almond milk

1/2 c. Dairy free chocolate chips or chocolate chips of choice



Directions:

In medium mixing bowl add in egg replacement or egg, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla, mix well.

Next add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix everything together, batter will be thick.

Lastly add in 1 Tbsp almond milk or milk of choice. Fold together until dough becomes one. Sprinkle in chocolate chips and roll into 1 inch balls.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 mins
