With the woman in mind, I help give you the support to feel empowered to have the tools you need to age gracefully through health and wellness so you can feel confident to get through life's challenges and encourage you to help your family to do the same as well.

I offer self pace health programs, 3 month health programs and 6 month health coaching programs which include mindset, nutrition, detoxing your home and body, environmental education, essential oils, and more all to educate you to take charge of your body, mind, and spirit!

I have a passion for creativity, along with creating healthy recipes, DIY cleaning and skincare ideas, I love to create jewelry  which is where TheWakeCo. comes in, on my Etsy site. I have high hopes of getting more products to the market across multiple industries such as handmade jewelry, health and wellness, recipes, environmental detox and whatever the heck crosses my mind!
